The DTM Trophy, formally known as the DMSB Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters Trophy is a European based racing series, organised by ITR e.V. and sanctioned by the DMSB.[1] Formed in 2020, the DTM Trophy runs as a support series for the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters Championship, using the GT4 formula sanctioned by the FIA.[1]
History[]
The DTM Trophy was first proposed during the 2019 season, as a means to enhance the support package for each DTM meeting after the merger of the GP3 Series and FIA Formula 3 European Championship left a vacancy on the DTM rota.[1] On 30 October 2019 ITR e.V., the organisers of the DTM, unveiled the DTM Trophy, announcing that the category would be open to GT4 based cars, which conformed to categories E2-SH and E2-SC of the FIA sports car rulebook.[1] The new series was to include two races on each race weekend, lasting for 30 minutes apiece, a season entry fee of €27,000, and a specific class for drivers under the age of 22.[1]
Champions[]
Outlined below is a list of all drivers, junior drivers, XP drivers and teams to have won the DTM Trophy:

Regulations[]
The DTM Trophy uses a rulebook based around the pre-existing FIA E2-SH and E2-SC regulations, alternately know as the GT4 ruleset.[1] Otherwise, the sporting ruleset is based off of the one used by the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since 2019.[1]
Sporting[]
The DTM Trophy promotes three championship titles for drivers and one for teams, while each driver entry is set at €27,000 for a full season entry, or €5,000 per-round.[1] All drivers other than guest drivers are eligible to enter the main drivers' championship, while drivers under the age of 22 are also eligible to compete in the Junior championship.[1] A third class, the XP class, was staged during the 2020 season.[2]
