Project Circuits is a project here at the DTM Wiki which intends to ensure that all circuits used by the DTM, past and present, are covered in some detail on the wiki. The DTM Website suggests that 44 different venues have hosted a DTM race, and every single one should therefore have an article.
Personnel[]
At present, Project Circuits is not considered to be a priority at the Wiki, so no one has been assigned to lead the Project, nor participate in it. But don't let that put you off from adding info, or indeed putting yourself on the list below as a member (or leader) of the Project.
Contact one of the Admins if you'd like to be the Project Leader, or if you hae any further questions about this Project.
Project Details[]
Project Circuits basically consists of ensuring that all of the circuits used throughout the DTM's existence are recorded in some form on the Wiki. Venues that have hosted the Championship on different circuit layouts need only one article, with the modifications made to the circuit identified in the appropriate section of the article.
The List[]
Below is a list of all of the venues to have hosted a DTM race over the last 31 years. Use the key underneath as a guide to see what needs to be done.

Key[]
The key is shown below, with an explanation as to what each colour denotes:
Project Driver | ||
---|---|---|
Colour | Priority | Explanation |
Claret | Critical | All articles that are next to the claret strip are considered to be critical to the DTM Wiki, and should be created as a priority, and consistently updated |
Silver | Important | Circuits used in the last three or four seasons fall into this category |
Purple | Semi-important | A circuit that has hosted the DTM since 2000 |
Navy | Low | Any circuit used during the early seasons of the DTM, and not in use since |
Other Colours | ||
Red | None | The article does not exist or does not fulfill the criteria |
Orange | Incomplete | The detail of the article is not complete, missing vital information or does not contain filled templates. |
Yellow | Okay | The level of detail is adequate for the Wiki, with all templates filled, but could use a fair amount of additional detail. |
Green | Good | The article features all the required information, and a significant amount of detail. It still may require minor changes but otherwise is of good quality. |
Gold | Featured | The article is of great quality, and will be (or has been) considered to be featured on the main page. |
This is just a guide, so feel free to edit any article you want, then update the list above. Naturally, not every article will be able to have the same level of detail, simply because a circuitr was not used as much, or the information regarding it is difficult to obtain. The quality expectations of older circuits in particular will be much lower than on cars currently competing.
